Hunter Douglas Management System
New System Implementation Campaign 2024

A company-wide internal campaign aimed at supporting the transition to a new management system at Hunter Douglas. Designed to increase awareness, ease understanding, and encourage adoption, the campaign reached employees across departments with clear, engaging visuals and information on how the new system would be rolled out. The campaign launched in October 2024 and was delivered through a mix of digital and print platforms across Hunter Douglas offices across North America.

BRIEF

Design an internal communication campaign to introduce and explain the new management system to all employees. Create a visual language that reflects clarity, efficiency and collaboration, and ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints, including digital and print.

EXECUTION

A series of posters, intranet banners, onboarding guides and FAQ sheets were developed to break down the system changes and timelines. Digital assets were designed to live on the internal employee intranet, with key messaging made interactive and accessible. Printed materials supported in-office visibility. The campaign was created in close collaboration with the internal communications and implementation teams, ensuring alignment with the system’s core objectives and rollout strategy.

RESULTS
The campaign was well-received internally and helped demystify the technical aspects of the new system. Increased employee engagement and fewer support queries were noted during the rollout period, reflecting the campaign’s clarity and effectiveness in guiding employees through the change.
