CareRx Promotional Campaign 2025

In January 2025, CareRx launched its Shaping the Future of Senior Care campaign, introducing a new tagline that reflects the organization’s vision and ongoing commitment to seniors.

BRIEF

Develop a complete brand campaign that communicates CareRx’s forward-looking mission: to thoughtfully advance senior care by combining the right people, innovative tools, and strategic partnerships. The goal was to inspire pride, alignment, and engagement across clinical pharmacy team members, other employees and the external partner nurses and homes.

EXECUTION

The word Shaping was chosen deliberately. Unlike forming, creating, or honoring, shaping conveys deliberate, step-by-step progress — the careful assembly of all the right pieces to create a better future.

Focusing on the Future emphasizes CareRx’s commitment to continuous innovation. While the company’s legacy provides a foundation of trust, the campaign signals that CareRx is not resting on its past achievements but actively building better experiences and outcomes for seniors through state-of-the-art technology, tools, and care practices.

The word ’Senior’ was selected to reflect the unique selling point of CareRx and its expertise in geriatric care.

The campaign uses storytelling paired with forward-looking visuals to illustrate progress, innovation, and human impact. Internal communications highlighted real-life examples of teams applying new solutions and collaborative practices, reinforcing how every role contributes to shaping the future of senior care. Messaging centered on the tagline “Shaping the Future of Senior Care” as a slogan, connecting daily work to a broader vision.

Design elements incorporated squares, triangles, and circles in brand colors to visually represent the puzzle pieces coming together to form the whole picture. Shape symbolize the systems — people, tools, and partnerships — coming together to create a complete, harmonious vision of senior care. The geometric elements were integrated across internal posters, digital materials and team communications to reinforce the idea of collaboration and thoughtful, step-by-step progress.

RESULTS
The campaign was met with enthusiastic engagement across all levels of the organization. Employees reported feeling more connected to the company’s mission and their role in driving meaningful change. The visuals and messaging have been integrated into team meetings, orientation sessions, and leadership communications to continue inspiring forward-thinking care practices.
